Biographical Sketch

EDWARD G. PALMER, age 56, is Chairman of the Board and President of SolarAttic.  He is the sole founder of the Company. From June 1985 to the present, he has been the President of the Company. From January through May of 1985, he was the Director of Quality for the Winchester Division of Applied Magnetics Corporation in Santa Barbara, California. From April of 1979 to December of 1984, he served in the positions of Senior Quality Engineer, Quality Control Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager at Magnetic Peripherals Inc., Bloomington, Minnesota. Mr. Palmer's principal responsibilities are those of President, CEO, CFO and the Chairman of the Board of Directors.   He is married to his wife of 38 years, Jackie.  They have three adult children all of whom themselves are married.  They have six grandchildren.  Ed and his wife have lived in the Elk River, Minnesota area for 27 years. Ed serves as a director and President of the Minnesota Entrepreneurs, Inc.  Ed's Resume
