Elk River, Minn. (Aug. 7, 1995) -- SolarAttic, Inc. announced today that Van Clemens in Minneapolis has informed the Company that they will make a market for SolarAttic's common stock immediately after the Company closes escrow on its Initial Public Offering (IPO) September 5th.
Van Clemens company is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and is a well established wholesale market maker for locally traded over-the-counter (OTC) stocks. Van Clemens' BID and ASK prices will appear daily in the Star Tribune Newspaper under the business section for "Local OTC Stocks." Van Clemens is the first market maker identified for SolarAttic's common stock.
Ed Palmer, SolarAttic's president, said: "The Company has been preparing for market makers and has obtained CUSIP number 833971 for the trading of its stock. In addition, the Company has reserved the NASDAQ market symbol SOLA for future use; but, notes that it will be a few years before the Company gets listed on NASDAQ.
