Elk River, Minn. (Aug. 14, 1995) -- SolarAttic, Inc. announced today that it has received a trademark from the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office for its unique logo. The trademark features the graphical view of a cross-sectioned roof/attic and combines it with the Company's name SolarAttic. The Company's name appears inside the attic area of the cross-sectioned roof/attic graphic.
The Company's trademark is located in the TRADEMARK Principal Register at Registration Number 1,901,667 dated June 27, 1995.
Ed Palmer, SolarAttic's president, said: "The Company's trademark will allow SolarAttic to establish a brand name identity for its products. The Company's PCS1 swimming pool heater will become the—SolarAttic Pool Heater. The Company's BD465 space heater will become the—SolarAttic Space Heater. Future products will continue the brand name identity and will include the—SolarAttic Ridge Ventilator and the—SolarAttic Water Heater."
