Elk River, Minn. (Aug. 21, 1995) -- SolarAttic, Inc. announced today that it will hold an Investor's Forum at the Minnesota State Fair for Minnesota investors. The forum will be held at the Company's technology display booth located in the State Fair's Home Improvement Building near the corner of Commonwealth Avenue and Cooper Street.
The Investor Forum will run the length of the Fair (August 24th - Sept. 4th) during the hours of 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. During this time, the Company's president, Ed Palmer, will be available to answer investor questions concerning the Company's Initial Public Offering (IPO) which closes on September 5th. The booth will also be manned from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. for continuous demonstrations of the Company's new porous wall duct/ventilation technology.
Ed Palmer, SolarAttic's president, said: "Investors usually get a chance to meet with the Company's management in a group session to ask questions. Because of very limited time, SolarAttic has been unable to schedule such meetings or "dog & pony" shows as they are called in the securities industry. Our State Fair Investor Forum will afford investors the opportunity to meet one on one or in small groups with the Company's president to get their questions answered."
