Solar Plus Signs Long Term Agreement

Elk River, Minn. (November 5, 1998) -- SolarAttic, Inc. announced today that it has signed a long term marketing and sales agreement with Mr. David Klutts of American Pool Service & Supply of Rancho Cordova, California. Mr. Klutts will conduct business as SOLAR PLUS of California. SolarAttic's PCS1 pool heater will be the focus of his business. The new agreement is a long term extension of a successful trial period agreement the two firms had previously been operating under. The agreement covers sales of the company's new swimming pool heater in sixteen counties in central California and two in Nevada.

SolarAttic's pool heater, now in 31 states, uses the hot air inside of attics. It heats the pool as it cools the home and eliminates the need for solar roof panels. Mr. Klutts is an experienced pool industry service professional in the Sacramento area and current member of the IPSSA Board of Regional Directors (Independent Pool & Spa Service Association).
