SolarAttic Lists Public Offering On Direct Stock Market

Elk River, MN. (December 17, 1998) -- SolarAttic, Inc. announced today that it has listed its direct public stock offering on the premier Internet location for small company stock offerings, the Direct Stock Market, which is located at http://www.dsm.com. The decision to list on the Direct Stock Market follows the decision to extend SolarAttic's offering to each individual state's expiration date.

SolarAttic is offering up to 200,000 shares at $5.00 per share. The minimum investment is 100 shares. The company's offering is fully registered in Rhode Island until December 31, 1998, in Connecticut until February 17, 1999, in California until February 23, 1999, in New Jersey until March 16, 1999 and in Iowa until July 8, 1999. Any investor can invest in the above states except in California where certain suitability requirements apply. Accredited investors in the following states can also invest: Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, Texas and Utah.
